IT RECYCLED will assume the cost, responsibility and liability for any equipment collected from the moment that our staff collect it.
Responsibility and liability in this instance covers damage of the equipment whilst in transport or storage, injury to any third parties caused in any way by the moving of the equipment and electrical safety liability. IT RECYCLED will fully insure all equipment whilst it is held by our company against all of the above and also for theft.
We agree to comply with all police and local authority requirements.
