As
soon as equipment arrives at our offices it enters the start of
our audit process. We make notes of make, model, specification,
serial numbers, asset numbers and any other details required by
our customers. We assess condition, safety, suitablility for resale.
The information will then be forwarded to the Customer, and will
show up any anomalies enabling any of the items listed above to
be sidelined into a secure quarantine area until investigation
can resolve the query. All identification of the previous owner
such as asset tags, safety labels etc, is removed prior to the
destruction of the hard drive software and data.
