At ITRecycled we have been offering a free collection service to businesses, government departments and corporations for over 6 years. As IT technology has changed so much in that time it became apparent that there were a massive number of computers being moth balled, forgotten about or just plain dumped by house holds through out the UK.

We wanted to offer a truly nation wide service and the only way we could offer this was to use a national courier Doing this provides the house holder with security and flexibility as to when a collection is made and by whom!

We also wanted to offer our data removal service to guarantee that a computer with your personal information is not foundwith any information that may compromise the original owner.

The long and short of it is that these services cost – when we collect 100 or 500 units a month from a corporation we can spread those costs in the numbers involved.

However, for single item collections we need help. The charge of £6.99 is the cost price of the courier service. We hope that this is acceptable to you.
